3 x 100 on 2:00
3 x 150 on 3:15
3 x 200 on 4:15

pick an interval that gives you at least 15 sec. rest, enough to be able to pick up the pace with each repeat

Fun set
4 x 50 1/2 run 1/2 swim (on the way back swim then run)
