10 x 50 Warmup
4-skull, tarzan, fist, rt arm, left arm, cu, stroke

2(4x50 s) 10 sec rest, take 30 seconds off total time- should be 200 time

8 x 50 Kick
rt, left leg, fly, back, side, side, back fly

5 x 50 swim fast with fins on, on 2 mins

50 countdown
First one on 1 min, 55, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, see how many you can do

2x50 cool down
