1650 Swim Ladder 11 lengths, 10, 9,down to 1 (10 sec.rest between)
250 Kick
100 IM Drill
24x25 Swim - 6 of each stroke
200 Warm Down


3200 yards

**note in this mornings work out I left out the 250 Kick which made the yardage 2950.
