Warm up: 400 swim, 200 kick, 200 Pull, 200 Drill (50 catch up, 50 3 count per side, 50 finger drag, 50 touch back)
Main Set:
10 x 50 (1st 5 steady pace with 10 seconds rest, 2nd 5 fast with 20 seconds rest), 200 EZ pull,
8 x 100 (Descend 1 - 4)
Cool down: 200 EZ pull
