1650 swim - Sorry 16x50 4-drill, 4-stroke, 4-build, 4-pull/kick combo

200 Tombstone kick- hold kickboard vertical and like a wall in front of you

3x100 fly - not fly - sprint on 2 min

6x25 scary swims- corkscrew, underwater, feet first, frankenstein walk, dolphin
