3 x 75 mid 25 fast, 10 sec rest
3 x 50 fast 15 sec rest
3 x 25 fast 15 sec rest
2nd time thru, do stroke instead of fast
300 P restrict breathing
4 x 25 sprint on 1 w/fins all out
100+ cooldown
3100 plus cooldown
