1st 200 -- 1st 50 fast, 150 cruise
2nd -- 2nd 50 fast
3rd -- 3rd 50 fast
4th -- last 50 fast

6 X 75 swim, 15 seconds rest, with fins -- emphasize the kick

2850 + cool down of choice
